with our stone pet accents. We cannot give refunds on personalized stone accents once they have been engraved, since we cannot resell the stone accent. However, a 50% credit will be applied to any future
orders if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of
your Stone Pet Accent.

Shipping
and Transit Times for UPS Ground-
All orders ship UPS ground, this is the most
cost effective method for shipping our stone accents. The combined
engraving time, normally 5 to 7 workdays and the transit time
is how long it will take for you to receive your order. UPS also
offers 3-day select, 2nd day air and next day air shipping. When
ordering from our shopping cart you may override UPS ground with
the needed shipping method so your order arrives on time. However
remember, our natural stone accentsare HEAVY, so be careful
and do not be surprised of the cost, if you upgrade from UPS
ground.
